COYLE REPRODUCTIONS, INC. IS ONE OF A KIND ON THE WEST COAST
FIRST SCREEN PRINTER TO PURCHASE INCA EAGLE 44 DIGITAL
PRINTER
La Mirada, California – In the world of screen-printing, Coyle Reproductions
has managed to be true to their promise of providing top quality, state
of the art products to their customers with its recent purchase of the European-built
Inca Eagle 44 Digital Printer. Since their establishment thirty-nine years
ago, Coyle Reproductions in La Mirada, California has kept investing
in new equipment a top priority. “We are excited about the added
capability our new printer will bring,” says Jerry Jacobs, President
of Coyle Reproductions. “It is the only way to provide the best service
in a highly competitive market. When you think you have the latest &
greatest equipment, suddenly a new product becomes available which changes
the market demand. It is extremely important to stay current with the wonderful
products available to the industry.”
A tremendous, and challenging, opportunity now faces Coyle
with its purchase of a printer that has a long list of design and production
features. “As soon as the market sees what this new printer can do
the standard will change,” continued Jacobs. With features like longevity
(prints have a long outdoor life), brilliance and clarity (prints
up to 720 dpi), and no finishing needed (does not require laminating,
undercoating or over coating), who would not be anxious to show this
new machine to their current and potential customers. Imagine the design
options of attaching your dynamic graphic to material such as sheet steel,
wood, glass and plastic – material up to 5 x 8 feet and 1 ½
inches thick. The Eagle 44 uses UV-curable inks that offer a wider adhesive
range than solvent and water based inks. It incorporates automotive grade
pigments, for maximum durability and light fastness. The inks are rated
for a three-year outdoor life and virtually cure immediately which means
less production time. The greater meaning, however, translates to more options
for designers who can specify a wider range of materials (even porous substrates),
and still maintain sharp images, minimal dot gain, sharp edges and the ability
to hold very fine type.
Coyle is a custom large format screen printer, digital
printer and display design metal fabricator specializing in the creative
development and implementation of In-store Visual Merchandising Programs.
They will use the Eagle 44 as a production piece of equipment primarily
for small to medium length runs. All proof jobs will run on the Eagle
as well as prototypes and mock-up samples for production. Coyle’s
current screen printing capacity allows them to produce from small decals
to large format graphics up to 63” x 178”. Coyle is willing
to answer any questions about their latest purchase. Be sure to watch
