The Right Start

With stores performing below expectations, the Right Start retained Coyle to help jump start sales, particularly of its premier child safety products such as strollers, car seats and booster seats.
 
Coyle's research determined that the name "The Right Start" did not communicate what the store sold, much less convey its total offering. Coyle's recommended solution; to develop a signage system, which increases awareness from the street, while clarifying the stores' offering.
 
Utilizing a proprietary extrusion system, Coyle designed and engineered a two-tier window signage program that used bold, visible graphic messages to convey the primary offering of The Right Start. The large upper panels were also printed on the back (facing into the store) with messages conveying additional products and services available. The lower panels promoted the premier brands sold by The Right Start. This same system was used to intensify both the awareness and information in the vital car and booster seat department.
 
Within two months after installation of this unique Coyle-designed strategic solution, The Right Start stores experienced double-digit increase in both customer count and sales.
