Max Muscle
Max Muscle is a national franchise retailer consisting of 130 stores typically located in large urban areas. They specialize in nutritional supplements, vitamins and other products that are designed for health conscious individuals of all ages and people looking for nutritional advice regarding their specific goals.From a retail perspective, their challenge was to find a partner who could logistically put together the entire store from manufacturing graphics and retail fixtures to working directly with the contractors to successfully install the store for a quick store opening.
Max Muscle decided to use Coyle because of our extensive management resources from print production to in-house display manufacturing and complete installation services. We have the team to manage the entire process for the client and the new franchisee to guarantee the store opening will happen on time and on budget.
We currently are installing up to 4 stores per month. In addition, we provide all of their quarterly in-store product promotional graphics, manage and maintain necessary inventory levels of every item in their store, if needed, by existing franchisees as well as new operations. This truly is an on-going management program on behalf of the client, Max Muscle, who views this as a truly seamless and profitable operation.
