Total Finishing Services

Evolution is the proper word to use in describing the finishing services at Coyle Reproductions. As a printer needing to have control of the production process and as a manager of client programs we have continually added to our fulfillment services. Tighter production deadlines necessitate the close proximity of finishing support machines and the ability to control their schedules. What better solution than to have a vast array of your own equipment under the same roof as the printers? As we have continually strived to meet or exceed our client's expectations, Coyle has accumulated the equipment and personnel to make this a reality.

Big prints require big cutters and Coyle has one of the largest automatic paper cutters anywhere. At 126" x 96" we can cut the largest of prints quickly and efficiently. This large cutter has a supporting cast of three smaller machines, along with an automatic board cutter and a couple of 16' hand tables.

Our die cutting department has the resources to make all of the dies we use each day. The screen-print process can produce a lot of sheets every day and we have three automatic machines to keep up with big programs. Our latest addition to the die cutting department is a 60" x 120" i-Cut computerized cutter/router. The i-Cut is versatile and can be gentle enough to slice only half way through a sticker or rugged enough to cut all the way through a piece of 1" Gatorboard.
 

binding, taping, laminating, mounting, scoring and bending
In support of the die cutting, there is often taping of individual parts involved. Coyle has automated taping devices which can use smart technology to reduce the number of inches of tape on a part to only what is needed for proper performance in the field. This can save time and valuable resources.

There are times when the printed product must be protected from its environment for proper performance. We have a couple of automatic laminators for the application of protective clear materials. These machines are also used for the application of adhesive backings and for mounting prints to rigid substrates.

Often, the display product needs bending, folding or binding to create a beautiful, finished piece. Coyle has the resources under our roof to complete your project while maintaining control of the process and the results.
 

sewing, grommeting
The printing of banners, large and small, requires a lot of sewing to produce finished products. Coyle has an experienced staff and about half a dozen sewing machines ready to hem your banners. The production staff has grommet machines to assist them in the complete production of your banner and display products.

Each level of manufacturing a product is important to Coyle. The on-site welding department creates beautiful fixtures for your display and branding initiatives, allowing us to meet compressed lead times and maximize your sales opportunities. Our professional staff uses the environmentally friendly powder coat process to apply a beautiful and durable finish to your display fixtures.
